Welding wire in barrels is the best solution for saving time on wire replacement and achieving maximum efficiency during automated or robotic welding of carbon and low-alloy structural steels in a shielding gas environment (DSTU EN ISO 14175):
1. Carbon dioxide (DSTU 4817).
2. Argon (DSTU GOST 10157) and a mixture of carbon dioxide and argon.
3. Flux-cored welding (DSTU EN ISO 14174).
G4Si1 barrel welding wire by DNIPROMETYZ TAS is engineered for high-efficiency industrial welding. It offers excellent arc stability, high deposition rates, and strong, clean weld seams. Ideal for automated and semi-automated MIG/MAG welding processes requiring consistent performance and certified quality.

- The wire's balance and high-quality copper coating ensure stable current conduction at the contact point (wire-to-tip).
- Productivity increases due to the uninterrupted operation of welding machines.
- The wire is reloaded into the torch less frequently, reducing waste on feed ends.
- The wire is fed directly into the hose from the barrel, protecting it from dust and clogging of the feed channel.
- Layer-by-layer wire stacking inside the container allows for easy feeding into the welding zone and precise positioning in the weld seam.
- The packaging is made from fully recyclable materials, ensuring no harm to the environment.
- The wire's theft is practically impossible due to the large weight and volume of the packaging.
- Continuous wire feeding into the welding zone enables longer weld seams, improving their quality.
- Welders don’t need to exert themselves physically by frequently changing wire spools, saving time and effort.
- The need for maintenance of the welding machine's mechanism is reduced.
In the production of welding wire at the "DNIPROMETYZ TAS" factory, the most modern equipment from the leading Swedish manufacturer Lämneå Bruk AB and high-quality raw materials are used. The quality control of the wire rod used in production, as well as the testing of finished products, is carried out in the factory's own accredited laboratory, equipped with instruments and testing equipment for chemical analysis, mechanical tests, and welding-technological tests. This enables the factory to produce products of the highest quality, proven through their use at leading industrial enterprises.
