Confirmation of steel fiber compliance
In PrJSC “Dneprometiz” in April 2019, according to requirements of Regulation No. 305/2011 of the European Parliament and Council of the European Union, the experts of the SPSC Center for the Certification of Building Products “Statybos produkcijos sertifikavimo centras” (Vilnius, Lithuania) carried out supervision and assessment of factory production control of steel fiber, which was previously issued Certificates of Constancy of Performance. Discrepancies in the course of supervision are not revealed, the validity of the Certificates which are available at the factory, and the right of CЄ marking of steel fiber are confirmed.
In parallel, considering the requirements of consumers, there were carried out the certification of new sizes of fiber: 1/60 with tensile strength of 1150 N/mm2 and 75/50 with tensile strength of 1200 N/mm2. In the process of doing work, there were evaluated factory production control of new sizes of fiber, and the samples were taken for further testing of concrete with fiber.
According to the result dated 25/06/2019 of fiber-reinforced concrete`s tests, there were issued Certificates for two new sizes of fiber 75/50 (1200) and 1/60 (1150) with the right by СE marking.
